Refund & Cancellation Policy

Infinite Edge LLC provides professional consulting and design engineering services. Because our work is custom and delivered over time, refunds and cancellations are handled as follows.

Cancelling an engagement

Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable proposal or statement of work (14 days if not specified). You are responsible for fees covering all work performed and any non-cancellable commitments incurred up to the effective cancellation date.

Deposits and prepaid fees

If an engagement is cancelled, any prepaid fees or deposits exceeding the value of work already performed will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation. Deposits identified as non-refundable in a proposal are retained.

Completed work

Fees for services already performed and delivered are non-refundable. If you believe delivered work does not match the agreed scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you in good faith to remedy the issue, which may include revising the work or issuing a partial refund.

Invoice disputes

If you believe an invoice contains an error, contact us within 14 days of the invoice date and we will review and correct any billing errors promptly.
